Returns & Exchange Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

- Made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration
Return Condition
Returned items must be:
- unused,
- in original condition,
- and returned with original packaging where applicable.
Kavach reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once the returned product is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are subject to:
- product availability,
- design availability,
- and approval after product inspection.
Customized Orders
Customized or personalized jewellery orders are specially crafted based on customer preferences and therefore may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once confirmed.
Shipping for Returns
Customers may be required to share clear images or videos of the issue before return approval.
